This policy explains how MenaFly Clipping ("MenaFly") handles your data when you use the site and services.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: the email from your Google sign-in, name, phone number and username.
  • Creator data: published clip URLs, view counts, proof screenshots and the social handles you verify.
  • Agency data: agency name, logo, bio, website and campaign/budget details.
  • Wallet and payment data: earnings, withdrawal requests and payment provider identifiers (we never store card numbers).
  • Essential technical data: session, language and referral cookies.

2. Why we use it

  • Run your account and verify your role (creator or agency).
  • Calculate earnings per 1,000 verified views and process payouts.
  • Detect view inflation, duplicate accounts and fraud.
  • Contact you about campaigns, payouts and service updates.

3. Third parties

  • Authentication, database and storage providers (Google sign-in and our cloud backend provider).
  • View-measurement providers for the publishing platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to verify public counts.
  • Discord, for community membership when you choose to join.
  • A payment provider for subscriptions and campaign payments. We never sell your personal data.

4. Retention

  • Account and campaign data is kept while your account is active.
  • Financial records are kept for the period required by law after the last transaction.
  • Proof screenshots are kept until a campaign completes and can be deleted on request.
  • On account deletion we remove personal data and keep only legally required financial records.

5. Who can see your data

  • Proof screenshots and clip URLs are visible only to the agency that owns the campaign.
  • An agency's public profile (name, logo, bio, active campaigns) is visible to everyone.
  • Usernames and leaderboard positions may be public; phone numbers and emails never are.

6. Your rights

  • Access, correct or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time.
  • Object to or request restriction of specific processing.

7. Children and changes

  • The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
  • We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app.
