Terms of Service

By using MenaFly Clipping you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility and account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Sign-up is via Google only; one account per person or agency.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone and username you provide.
  • We may suspend any account that breaches these terms.

2. Creator obligations

  • Clips must be original and derived from the campaign's source material.
  • Clips must stay published and public until the campaign completes and payouts are settled.
  • View inflation, bots or undisclosed paid views void earnings and the account.
  • A social account must be verified before withdrawing.

3. Agency obligations

  • Pay the full campaign budget before publishing, plus the 7.5% platform fee.
  • Review submissions and approve or decline with a clear reason.
  • Source material must be owned by or licensed to the agency.
  • No requests for content that breaks the law or platform policies.

4. Earnings and payouts

  • Earnings are calculated per 1,000 verified views at the campaign's per-platform rate.
  • Earnings are credited to your wallet after the agency approves.
  • Minimum withdrawal is 400 SAR; requests are processed within 3 business days.
  • A campaign stops automatically when its budget is spent; nothing is paid beyond budget.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

  • The monthly subscription unlocks community perks, the premium badge and private groups.
  • It renews automatically, can be cancelled anytime and runs to the end of the paid cycle.
  • If renewal fails, a grace period starts before community perks are suspended.
  • Campaign budgets are non-refundable once submissions are received; unspent budget is returned if a campaign is cancelled before any approval.

6. Referral programme

  • You earn 15 SAR per new user who signs up through your link and completes onboarding as a creator.
  • Maximum of 5 credited referrals per calendar month.
  • Self-referrals or fake accounts void the reward and the account.

7. Liability and changes

  • The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee any specific view results.
  • We are not responsible for publishing platforms removing or limiting content.
  • We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
  • Disputes are resolved amicably first, then before the competent jurisdiction.
